We work hard to display our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to discontinue any item, limit quantities, or correct errors at any time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties or shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

Refund & Return Policy

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Intimate or sanitary goods, and health & personal-care items once opened
- Perishable goods and gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email support@trendshopy.us with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving authorisation.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, contact our support team and we'll do our best to assist.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.

We ship worldwide with tracking on every order. Here's what to expect from checkout to your doorstep.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Estimates
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 12–25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak seasons beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. Orders over $75 qualify for complimentary standard worldwide shipping.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Lost or Delayed Parcels
